PRICING:

In the unlikely event of a pricing, feature, or configuration error, CustomGuitarGear.com reserves the right to cancel the order.



SALES TAX:

Only applicable to Pennsylvania residents @ 6%



SHIPPING:

Items that include free shipping are figured Ground shipping. Free Shipping, where applicable, is available to the Continental United States only. Alaska and Hawaii must be calculated at current shipping rates. Please contact us directly for rates and options.

CustomGuitarGear.com reserves the right to use alternate shipping methods under the free shipping promotion.

International Shipping is available at current calculated rates, depending on the item and where it is going. Please contact us directly for rates and options.

Existing Shipping Rates:

Domestic: Free Ground, in most cases.

Domestic Shipping on Books: Flat $5.00

International Shipping (Pedals & Small Accessories): Flat $35.00 USPS Priority International



Shipping Time Frame :

We specialize in Custom Guitar products. Most are shipped right away. Some items are built to order and may take several weeks for delivery, depending on availability and what is ordered.



WARRANTY:

All items are covered under the individual manufacturer's warranty. Items in need of repair either under warranty or otherwise, should be returned direct to the respective Manufacturer. We are happy to assist you to make this as easy as possible.



RETURNS:

We want you to love your new addition!! Custom Guitar Gear must be notified of a return within 48 hours of delivery, on some selected items such as Amplifiers.

All returned items must be returned within 7 days of receiving the item.

Depending on the item and the situation, a restocking fee may apply.

Custom Orders (color, custom features, custom electronics) cannot be returned.

Tubes are not returnable, unless they are defective from the factory or unopened.

The Customer is required to contact CustomGuitarGear.com, prior to returning an item.

Please include a copy of your original receipt with your return.

Item must be returned in original product box, and then placed in an appropriate shipping box.

Contact us directly for appropriate shipping address.

Customer is responsible for shipping & insurance costs to return an item. If the item is found to be defective upon receiving, we will reimburse for the shipping charges.

CustomGuitarGear.com will not be responsible for lost or damaged items in a return transaction.
